Princess Sparkley lost her fourth tooth. The two bottom center teeth are two of her grown up teeth, and that hole to the right is where her most recent tooth came out. She's excited about this one because it left a gap. All of her other lost teeth have had a grown-up tooth already there by the time the baby tooth came out.
