The P family has a tradition each year of making this Christmas tree out of thousands (I should know, I had to make the first half) of star shaped sugar cookies in different sizes. Here are the kids and the cookie trees.
Aunt H turned us all into Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer.
Princess Sparkley requested a doll cake for her birthday a few months ago. You know, the kind you see at the grocery store with a Barbie sticking out of them. That got changed when she decided to have her pretend sleepover party. But we'd already borrowed these mini doll cake pans from Grandma M so we made these the other night.
Princess Sparkley has always told us she wants to be a baker when she grows up, and Boy will be her baker's helper. But she sticks around for about three minutes of any baking experience, and he sticks around for 99% of the time and loves every minute of it.
The cousins made cookie with this prepackaged, play doh colored, cookie dough called Play and Bake. Boy's color was yellow, and thus, his tongue looks normal. Princess Sparkley's was dark blue and she shared a cookie with her cousin. Superman's was green. Look at those mouths!!
