From my childhood, we stole the tradition of everyone getting a helium balloon for Valentine's Day with a card, and a tiny pile of presents/candy at the base of the balloon. The kids love this. Unfortunately, this year Valentine's Day fell on a Sunday, and I didn't even realize until mid-Saturday that the next day was Valentine's Day. So, we skipped the balloons this year.
PS got a Barbie Princess movie. And Sweetheart message hearts, which she claims are her favorite candy next to candy corns. She especially liked this batch with messages like "BFF" and "Text Me." She also got a fairy bead necklace to make.
Buddy got a Star Wars puzzle with a tiny Yoda on top (which the kids have named Zeke). And he got some Nerf suction bullets for his Nerf gun. And some Hershey's kisses.
Baby X got Jumbo crayons. And the Leapfrog Letter Factory movie which my mom swears has taught his two year old cousin all the sounds the letters make. So far, Buddy and PS LOVE the movie and Baby X usually wanders away about halfway through it. He also got some Reeses Pieces.
